Ingredients
8 slices bread
2 cups crab, shrimp or chicken
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3 cups milk
4 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
Grated cheese
Paprika
Directions
Dice half of the bread in baking dish. Mix crab, mayonnaise, onion, green pepper, and celery and spread over diced bread. Trim crusts from remaining four slices and place trimmed slices over mixture. Mix milk and eggs together and pour over all. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake in 325 oven for 15 minutes. Remove and pour soup over top. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Return to oven and bake 60 minutes longer. Serves 12.
