Pineapple Glaze for Ham 3 Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 1/2 ounces rushed pineapples with syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard
Directions
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils for 1 minute. Add to ham 30 minutes before done. Pour drippings from pan before adding sauce. Enough for a 4 lb ham. Ham is easier to carve if allow to set 15 to 20 minutes after removing from oven.
