Ingredients
3 pounds meat (deer,beef or elk)
1/2 cup coffee
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup liquid smoke hickory seasoning
Directions
cut meat into 1/4 inch thick slices. It cuts better if partly frozen. Place in bowl with the coffee, soy sauce and hickory seasoning. Marinate for * hours, turning often. Place meat on a cookie sheet and bake at 200° for 6 to 8 hours to degree of hardness you prefer.
