Salmuera Argentine Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 ounces virgin olive oil
  • 5 ounces white vinegar
  • 1 fresh garlic - peel and slice all the cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 green hot peppers sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 white onion sliced
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until blended.

Can be used as a marinade or to season meat before or after cooking.
