Ingredients
5 ounces virgin olive oil
5 ounces white vinegar
1 fresh garlic - peel and slice all the cloves
2 bay leaves
2 green hot peppers sliced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 white onion sliced
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until blended.
Can be used as a marinade or to season meat before or after cooking.
