Ingredients
Apples
1 cup Sugar
Directions
Core and quarter apples, wash and cook with water. When soft, drain the juice in a bowl (put apples in a cloth to drain for an hour or two). Take 1 cup of the drained juice and bring to a rolling boil. Then add 1 cup sugar and stir well, until sugar is dissolved. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin melted wax. When cooled, cover with lids.
