Set aside approximately 10 Oreos (for topping).
Crush remaining Oreos into small pieces (almost a powder).
For first layer, cover bottom of dish with crushed Oreos (if you mix it with a little melted butter, they will stay in place better).
For second layer, mix half the Cool Whip with softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Spread this mixture over top of Oreo base.
For third layer, mix each box of pudding according to directions. Spread over top of cream cheese mixture.
For fourth layer, spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pudding.
Break remaining 10 Oreos into larger pieces and sprinkle over top.
**NOTE: Refrigerating between cream cheese and the adding of the pudding helps so the layers don't mix. Same goes for refrigerating between the pudding and the final layer of Cool Whip.
