Ingredients
8 ounces Sour Cream
2 Eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup sharp, cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped meat (cooked bacon, sausage, or ham)
frozen pie shell
Directions
Cover bottom of pie shell with mozzarella cheese. Place meat over cheese. Mix sour cream, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over meat. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or when top is brown. Quiche will puff up and then fall after you take it out. Let it set a few minutes before cutting and serving.
