Sausage, Potato And Green Bean Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained
2 cups green beans (fresh, frozen or canned)
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1 inch cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Spray pan with nonstick spray. Place potato cubes in bottom of pan. Layer beans on top of potatoes. Sprinkle browned, drained sausage on top. Mix cream soup with one can of water and pour over all. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
