Ingredients
1 refrigerated loaf of bread dough
1 each salami, ham and pepperoni, thinly sliced (1/2 lb each)
1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg yolk, beaten
Directions
Roll dough into rectangle and arrange meat and cheese on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Roll up jelly roll-style, beginning with long side. Seal seams and ends. Place side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
