Mushroom Oven Rice 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice, long grain, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can low sodium chicken broth (14.5 oz can)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Directions
Sauté rice, butter, celery and onion 2-3 minutes.

Add fresh mushrooms. Sauté until softened.

Put in greased baking dish. Stir in chicken broth, water, soy sauce and parsley. Cover. Bake 350° 45-50 min
