Glazed Individual Ham Loaves Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 pound lean smoked ham, ground
1/2 pound lean fresh pork, ground
1/3 cup cracker meal
1 onion, chopped (medium)
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Dash of pepper
Glaze
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons mustard
3 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Divide into 8 portions and roll into balls. Place in shallow baking pan. Do not let loaves touch. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Pour some glaze over each loaf. Bake 20 minutes more, basting with glaze once or twice. Glaze: Mix ingredients together and blend until smooth. Boil one minute.
