Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 1 jar mild salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onion, diced
  • 1 can black olives, sliced
  • 1 package tortilla chips

In a skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink; drain.

Add taco seasoning and water and cook for 5 minutes; cool.

Spread the refried beans on the bottom of a 9x13 dish.

Top with cooked ground beef mixture.

Carefully spread sour cream on top. Then layer with guacamole, salsa and cheese. Top with green onions and black olives.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with tortilla chips.
