Shrimp Pasta 7 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound SHRIMP
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1/8 cup white wine
  • 14 ounces chopped Italian tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste
  • grated Parmesan
Directions
Sauté shrimp 5 minutes in butter. Add wine and cook 1 minute. Remove shrimp and add tomatoes. Simmer 20 minutes until tomatoes are broken up. Stir in cream and seasonings, add shrimp and pour over pasta.
