Ingredients
HAM BALLS
2 pounds ham loaf (Fareway)
1/2 pound ground chuck
2 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
BARBECUE SAUCE
1 cup ketchup
1 cup Brown Sugar
Small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
Mix ham ball ingredients together and make into balls. (I use an ice cream scoop.) Place in 9x13 baking dish. BARBECUE SAUCE: Mix together and pour generously over ham balls. Bake uncovered one hour at 350°.
