Meatloaf 107 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 cup milk or 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs or 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Mix all together and put in loaf pan. Lay slices of bacon of top and bake at 375° for 1 hour.
