Fluffy Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender for 1 minute. Spray griddle with cooking spray. Makes 24 3-inch pancakes. These yummy pancakes have the taste and texture of a crepe, but with more nutrients. Serves 4-5.
