Eye of Round Roast 2 Recipe

Ingredients
1 eye of round roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
salt to taste
Directions
Place roast in foil large enough to seal well. Cover roast with soups and seasonings. Seal well in foil. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and cook for another 1 1/2 hours.
