STUFFED PEPPERS 24 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound browned ground beef
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 6 green peppers, clean and boiled (for 5 minutes)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup katsup
  • 2 teaspoons onion soup mix
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons chili powder
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion. Mix all ingredients (except green peppers & tomato soup) in medium size bowl. Fill green peppers with mixture and place in dish. Pour tomato soup over peppers. Bake for 1 hour at 375 or for 20 minutes in microwave.
