Lightly grease 9x13" pan, firmly pat in hashbrowns. Melt butter and pour over potatoes. Bake for 25 minutes.
Mix together cheese, ham and bacon. Pour evenly over cooked potatoes.
Beat together milk, eggs, salt and pepper; pour over meat and cheese.
Reduce heat to 400° and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a light golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes to cool.
