Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups flour
FILLING:
4 eggs, beaten
3 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla
dash salt
1 1/2 to 2 cups chopped pecans

Mix the cream cheese, margarine, and flour together with hands, form a ball, and chill for one hour.
Mix filling ingredients together until well blended.
Roll out chilled dough a little at a time on floured surface and cut with round cutter. Put in mini-muffin pans, fill 3/4 full with filling. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
