Since my family loves cheese I came up with a recipe that is the cheesiest!

Ingredients
  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 pimentos - small jar
  • 1 bell pepper (green or red), chopped
  • 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
  • 1 roll Kraft jalapeno cheese

  • Boil potatoes in skin. Cool and remove skins before slicing.
  • Melt butter and saute pimento and bell pepper; add flour and stir.
  • Add milk and cheese; stir and remove from heat when cheese is completely melted.
  • Layer sauce and potato slices twice, ending with sauce.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
