This is an easy casserole I learned from my dad years ago and make about once a month, the family loves it.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 2 cans peas
  • 6 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Brown hamburger; add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Make mashed potatoes (I use premade and heat them up).
  • Layer hamburger in large greased baking dish.
  • Layer with drained peas.
  • Then top with mashed potatoes.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until potatoes start to brown.
