Yummy Peppermint Fudge Recipe

A fudge recipe my mom and I created to make for the holidays.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 8 semi-sweet chocolate squares
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 peppermints

  • In a large spaghetti pan, pour water and let simmer. Put medium pan inside the large pan, so the fudge doesn't burn.
  • Add ingredients (minus peppermint) in the medium sized bowl. After it melts, crush up peppermints and mix in melted chocolate.
  • Pour fudge into a cookie sheet and refrigerate.
