Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika in a bowl. Then sprinkle it over the chicken, coating the chicken all around.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place oil on a baking sheet and place in the oven until it bubbles. Place seasoned wings on oiled baking sheet and cook chicken until thoroughly done.
Meanwhile, combine hot sauce, brown sugar and honey in a separate bowl.
When wings are finished cooking, combine in a large bowl with sauce making sure to coat all wings.
Place wings and sauce in as many sheets of foil needed making almost like a pouch for the wings. The pouch should look like a teepee.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. No more then 15 minutes or the wings may burn.
Serve with ranch dressing for a dipping sauce.
