Old Fashioned Sugar Cream Pie Recipe

An easy way to make Sugar Cream Pie. This recipe has been handed down from generations. The old way to make it was to just mix the ingredients in the pie crust with your fingers. I did change that.

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 pint whipping cream
1/8 pound butter (1/2 stick cut in small pieces)
1 ready made pie crust
nutmeg for sprinkle on top
Directions
Mix together sugar and flour in bowl, gradually add whipping cream, and stir together. Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with butter pieces and nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until set and browned.
