Grilled Zucchini and Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 each whole zucchini
  • 2 cups frozen italian green beans
  • 1 clove garlic. minced
  • 1 each onion. sliced
  • 1 each green pepper, sliced
Directions
Make a foil boat, cut the zucchini in strips, add the green beans, garlic, sliced onion and sliced green pepper.

Drizzle olive oil over all, season with salt and pepper.

Close the foil boat up, and place on the grill on the rack above the flames and let it slowly cook until the zucchini is tender.
