Ingredients
  • 1 large sweet onion, either a vidalia or a yellow onion - peeled and cored
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
Directions
Cut the root end from the onion, peel and core out the center of the onion. Place a beef bouillon cube into the center of the onion and drizzle it with olive oil. Place the onion on a piece of aluminum foil and wrap the foil loosely around the onion. Place on the grill along with whatever meat you are grilling for approximately 10-15 minutes. Cut into sections and serve with burgers, steaks or whatever you like to grill.
