  • 5 pounds cut up chicken pieces (20 pieces)
  • 2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • bunch fresh basil tied

Wash and clean 20 chicken pieces. Marinate chicken 15 minutes in lemon juice, oregano, basil, kosher salt, pepper. Place chicken on grill, medium flame. Tie a bunch of fresh basil together with string. With the remaining marinade, keep brushing chicken all over with marinade until done.
