I bake these buttertarts ever week for the little restaurant I work at in Napnee, Ontario.

Ingredients
  • 12 tart shells
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup corn sryup
  • 3 dashes salt
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with 12 tart shells. For the filling, mix the sugar, butter and 3 eggs. Add corn sryup and 3 dashes of salt. Mix well with a whisk. Pour into shells about 3/4 full. Bake for 27 minutes.
