Ingredients
  • 2 pounds zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion - small
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Dash of pepper
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Sauteerne wine
  • Parmasan cheese

  • Boil zucchini in salted water for 10 min. Drain. Place in greased baking dish.
  • Melt butter in saucepan and add onion; cook gently for 5 min.
  • Blend in flour. Add soup and then wine; stir until sauce thickens.
  • Add pepper to taste.
  • Pour over zucchini; sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min.
