Ingredients
2 pounds Velveeta, at room temperature
1 jar pimentos, drained
1 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish juice
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer.
NOTE: If you like your pimento cheese a little smoother add more miracle whip. This will keep for weeks.
