Blueberry Surprise French Toast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
12 slices dry white bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes (8 cup)
2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce pkgs.)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup - 1 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup maple syrup or blueberry syrup
Directions
Place half of the bread cubes over the bottom of a well-greased 9x13" pan. Mix the cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar and sprinkle over cubes. Sprinkle the blueberries on top of this and then add remaining bread cubes. Beat eggs, add milk and syrup. Pour egg mixture over bread mixture. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes covered. Uncover and bake about 25 minutes longer till a knife inserted comes out clean and topping is puffed and golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve with warm syrup.
