Ingredients
1 pound ground smoked ham
3/4 pound ground beef
3/4 pound ground pork
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup milk
2 cups crushed Wheaties
2 eggs (unbeaten)
Sauce
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
Directions
Mix ham ball ingredients throughly and form into balls. Place in large shallow baking dish. Combine ingredients for sauce and heat to boiling. Pour over balls and bake 350 for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 6 dozen.
