Ham with Oranges and Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 pounds whole fully cooked ham or cook before eating bone inch ham
  • 1 jar orange marmalade (10 ounce jar)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 3 oranges (small)
  • whole cloves
Directions
About 4 1/2 hours ahead of serving time:

Preheat over to 325°. Place ham on rack in roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer in thickest part in center away from bones.

Bake for 3 1/2 hours. Remove when thermometer is between 140° for fully cooked and 160° for cook before eating ham.

Prepare glaze:

In sauce pan add rest of ingredients except oranges and cloves. Brush ham. Score ham add orange slices on top of ham tack on with cloves. Brush ham again. Return to oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours brushing with glaze every 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
