Seasoned Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pork tenderloin (1-1/2 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne Pepper

Trim fat from loin. Mix all dry ingredients and rub onto the pork loin covering all sides and ends.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or grill until meat thermometer reaches 155°. Slice and serve.

Note: If cooking a pork loin larger than 1 1/2 lbs., adjust cooking time and rub ingredients accordingly.
