CANNED FISH Recipe

Ingredients
  • fish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
Directions
Wash fish (northern pike works well) and dry. Cut into pieces. Put in pint jars. Add salt, catsup and vinegar per pint jar. Pressure cook for 90 minutes at 10 lbs. of pressure. Tastes like salmon.
