Ingredients
1 package cream cheese, room temperature (large pkg)
1 can sardines inch light oil, lightly drained
1 loaf cocktail rye or pumpernickel
pepper to taste
1 red onion, thinly sliced and chopped
Directions
In bowl, combine sardines, and cream cheese, pepper. Mash and mix together, until mixture forms a paste. Spread on cocktail rounds, top with diced onion.
