BAKED SALMON 6 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 10 Ritz crackers
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Foil line a pan. Place salmon on foil and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, red pepper and dill. Spread evenly over salmon. Crush crackers and sprinkle over salmon. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
