Ingredients
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 10 pounds medium potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
  • 5 pounds fully cooked ham, cubed
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In two large bowls, combine soups and milk. Add potatoes and ham; toss to

coat. Divide among four greased 13" X 9" baking dishes. Cover and bake at

325° for 1hr. 15 min. or until potatoes are tender. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 to 10 min. longer or until cheese is melted.

Yield: 4 casseroles, 10 servings each.

"With minor changes in cooking time, I used bacon bits instead of ham and cooked away.I used 2 banquet trays instead of the 9x13 dishes.No complaints and I was very happy with it. Easy to prepare and great to eat.I fed a veterans group at our local VFW and they want to know when I will be doing this again."
