Ingredients
1 can pink salmon, drained and deboned (large can)
1 - 8 ounce carton of sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onion
2 Eggs
3 slices finely crumbled bread (I like to use the heels of bread)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup yellow corn meal or more if needed
Directions
Whisk eggs until frothy. Add rest of ingredients and using a spoonful of mixture, spoon into hot grease. Cook until medium brown, turning as needed.
