Mix cheese, bread crumbs, butter, mayonnaise, basil, black pepper, celery salt, garlic, and paprika. Mix well and set aside.
Season both sides of fillets with Old Bay Seasoning. Place in pans with vein side up. Broil a few inches from broiler for 2-3 minutes. Flip over an broil a few more minutes. Remove from oven and cover the fillets with the bread crumb mixture. Broil for 2 more minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Do not overcook!
