Egg and Bacon Frittata Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (I like to use fat free Half and Half)
  • 6 ounces grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons green onions, minced
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Beat eggs; add milk. Mix in cheese, onion and bacon. Bake in a 2 qt lightly greased casserole at 350° for 40 min. Check after 30 min to see if set. Variation: I have also used cooked, crumbled sausage and cooked, diced ham instead of the bacon.
