1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 garlic buds, pressed
1 teaspoon black pepper
thyme
Directions
Rub on outside of roast the night before cooking. Bake at 425° for 1/2 hour, then at 325° for 15-20 minutes per pound.
