Baked Pork Chops with Cream Sauce Recipe

  • 6 pork chops
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown pork chops in hot oil on both sides.

In a medium bowl, mix soup, onion, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.

Place chops in a baking dish. Pour mixture over the top of the pork chops and cover.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
