Ingredients
RIBS:
2 or 3 full racks of pork ribs
SAUCE:
6 tablespoons minced onion
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt

RIBS:
Peel off the thin layer of tissue on the underside of the ribs if it is there.
Place in shallow pan with meat side up. Cover lightly with nonstick foil.
Bake for an hour and a half at 300 degrees F.
Baste with sauce, cover lightly with foil again, and bake another hour to hour and a half until very tender.
Place on grill over medium heat. Baste with the sauce. Grill for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
SAUCE:
Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.
Simmer covered at least 1 hour.

"Easy rib recipe. We are having my dad and mom over for Father's day and I think I will make them again because dad loves ribs. Only gave it 4 stars because I would change the sauce a little. A little less vinegar and a little more brown sugar."
