Ingredients
1 pound Ground Beef
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10 3/4 ounce Can)
1 package Onion Soup Mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 package frozen vegetables
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 package frozen hash browns
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix ground beef with soup mix and place on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Put uncooked vegetables over the meat. Mix sour cream, cheese, soup, butter, salt, pepper together; add hash browns. Place over vegetables. Bake at 350 for 2 hours.
