Crock Pot Pork Chops and Gravy Recipe

If you avoid pork chops because they are always dry, this recipe will change your mind. Try this recipe for moist, fall-off-the bone, pork chops. An extra bonus is the delicious gray that is created.

Ingredients
  • 1 can water
  • 8 pork chops (thick)
  • seasoned salt
  • garlic powder
  • pepper
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Container:6 quart slow cooker.

  • Sprinkle seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper on pork chops. Brown chops in skillet coated with no-stick cooking spray or a little bit of oil. Transfer chops to crock pot.
  • In same skillet used for chops, add mushroom soup and water, stirring frequently and lightly over medium heat to 'scrape up' the browning bits.
  • When soup mixture is mixed and heated thoroughly, pour over pork chops in the crock pot. Cook for 8 hours on low.
  • This meat is so tender and is great served with varying types of potatoes or noodles.

"These pork chops were so moist and delicious. They just fell off the bones. My husband never likes to have pork chops because they are always dry but he loved these. He couldn't believe how moist they were. The gravy was very good too. Didn't even have to doctor it up."
