Bring 6-8 quart pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta as directed on the box.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a 12" heavy skillet over medium high heat until hot. Sauté shrimp, turning over once until just cooked through, about 2 minutes. Transfer shrimp to a large bowl.
To the skillet, add garlic, red pepper flakes, wine, salt and black pepper. Cook all over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute.
Add butter to skillet, stirring until melted.
Add the shrimp back in to the mix. Remove skillet from heat.
Toss pasta and shrimp mixture together in a large bowl.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley and fresh Parmesan if you like.
