Grease 9x12" inch baking dish.
Slice bread on the diagonal, approximately 1-1 1/2" slices. Lay in dish.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Stir in milk and pour over bread. Turn slices to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, heat oven to 375°.
Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter to form coarse crumbs. Turn bread over, scatter blueberries over bread. Sprinkle crumbs on top.
Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve individually with maple syrup.
