BBQ GRILLED STEAK WRAP Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 beef Sirloin steak (1 lb.)
  • 1 onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 red pepper, quartered
  • 1 green pepper, quartered
  • 1/2 cup steakhouse barbecue sauce with A1 or original barbeque sauce
  • 8 Tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Grill steak 1 min. Add veggies to grill. Cook 8-10 minutes or until steak is at medium doneness, and veggies are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with barbecue sauce for the last 5 min. of grilling time. Cut steak and veggies into thin strips. Spoon evenly into tortillas, sprinkle with cheese. Roll up and serve.

Prep time: 15 min. Total time: 27 min. Makes: 4 servings, 2 wraps ea.
